Associate State Librarian for Library Development Kathleen
Moeller-Peiffer is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Rosch
as Deputy Director of the Library Development Bureau of the New Jersey
State Library (NJSL). Ms. Rosch joined the NJSL in July of 2003 as
manager of the $8.665 million Per Capita State Aid grant program.  As
the state data coordinator, she collects, organizes, reviews and
disseminates statistical information about New Jersey libraries.  She
also serves as a resource for general library information, and
specializes in New Jersey library law.  Ms. Rosch will continue with
these responsibilities in her new position.

Ms. Rosch has worked or volunteered in school, academic and public
libraries for over 40 years.  She has served in virtually all positions
from page to director, and worked in circulation, technical services,
children's, extension and outreach, reference and administration.  As
the director of the Gloucester County Library for eight years, she
worked with staff members, library boards, Friends groups, elected
officials and the public to improve services, provide new opportunities
for community outreach, expand marketing opportunities, raise funds and
build three new libraries.=20

Ms. Rosch is a member of NJLA and ALA and serves on the New Jersey
Historical Commission. A graduate of Rutgers University College -
Camden, Ms. Rosch received her Masters of Public Librarianship from
Glassboro State College.=20
